今週はDJより「ベイビー・バラライカ」のご紹介です。

ウォッカをベースとし、アペロールとサンジェルマンを重ね、少量のレモンジュースを加えることで、甘みを程よく引き締めながら、みずみずしい果実感を引き出した一杯。アルコール感はありつつも、ほどよい華やかさとすっきりとした後味が調和し、軽やかで心地よい飲み口に。

花のように香り立ち、果実のように弾ける味わい。酸味と甘みの絶妙なバランスが、大人の遊び心をくすぐります。

今週の4月24日(木)は臨時休業となりますが、miyako の個室としての利用は可能ですので、ご興味のある方はご相談ください。24日以外の平日の19時〜23時30分まで営業しておりますので、ぜひお立ち寄りください！

This week, DJ introduces the Baby Balalaika cocktail.

Built on a vodka base, the Baby Balalaika blends Aperol and St-Germain, with a touch of lemon juice to brighten the flavors and balance the sweetness. It offers a lively fruitiness with just enough alcohol presence for a clean and smooth finish.

Please note that bar miyako living will be closed on Thursday, April 24, but the space may still be available for private use for customers of bar miyako. Feel free to reach out if you’re interested. On all other weekdays, we’re open from 7:00pm to 11:30pm, so we hope to see you soon!

その名の通り、レモンキャンディを思わせる甘酸っぱさが魅力のカクテル。1970年代に誕生し、シンプルながらも洗練された味わいで愛され続けています。

ウォッカをベースに、たっぷりのレモンジュースとほんのり甘みを加えた一杯は、まるでキャンディのような甘酸っぱさとシャープな爽快感を残します。

一口飲めば、フレッシュなレモンの酸味が広がり、そのあとに優しく続く甘みが心地よい余韻を残す。シンプルな材料ながら、洗練されたデザートのような味わいです。リフレッシュしたい夜や、ちょっと気分を変えたいときにぴったりの一杯です。

This week’ featured cocktail is the “Lemon Drop” (by DJ)

Just like its name, this cocktail has a sweet and tangy flavor, like a lemon candy. First created in the 1970s, it has remained a classic, loved for its simple yet refreshing taste.

Made with vodka, plenty of fresh lemon juice, and a hint of sugar, the first sip brings a burst of zesty lemon, followed by a smooth, gentle sweetness that lingers. It’s simple, yet elegant, like a dessert in a glass, the perfect pick-me-up.

We’re open as usual from 7pm to 11:30 pm on weeknights, so we hope to see you all back at the bar soon!

今週は JJこと山口裕己による「サイレント・セブン」のご紹介です。

元ネタとなったカクテル「サイレント・サード」は「サイドカー」のスコッチウイスキーバージョンですが、「サイレント・セブン」では現在bar miyako livingで絶賛キャンペーン中のJack Daniel’s Old No. 7を使用します。スコッチとはまた違う、まろやかで深みのある味わいが楽しめます。

今でこそ定番のJack Daniel’s Old No. 7ですが、「サイレント・サード」が誕生した当時はテネシー州では禁酒法により合法的な販売ができませんでした。

今こうして自由に「サイレント・セブン」を楽しむことができる世界、時代に感謝し、また来週も平日の19時〜23時30分の間皆様をお待ちしております！

This week, JJ brings you the Silent Seven, a riff on the Silent Third, a Scotch whisky version of the classic Sidecar. For the Silent Seven, we’re using Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7, which creates a smooth and flavorful twist on the classic.

As a side note, the Silent Third was created during Prohibition in the US. But thankfully, we now live in an age and world where we can raise a glass with full abandon. So we hope to see you all back at the bar soon! We’re open from 7pm to 11:30pm on weekdays.
