This week, JJ recommends the “Amethyst”, a violet-hued cocktail made with the violet-based liqueur, Parfait Amour.

Crisp vodka and the botanical-infused gin create a solid alcoholic base which is layered with the floral, vanilla, and almond notes of Parfait Amour, for a soft, elegant finish. Just as its name suggests, this beautiful purple drink shines like an amethyst—come and experience it for yourself.
