今週はDJより「メスカリータ」のご紹介です。
テキーラの親戚ともいえるメスカルを使った、ひと味違うマルガリータ。スモーキーな個性を持つメスカルに、ライムジュースとオレンジリキュールが加わることで、鮮やかな酸味とほのかな甘みが調和し、奥行きのある味わいに仕上がります。
スモーキーさがふとした瞬間に立ち上り、どこか異国の風景を思わせるような余韻を残します。飲み慣れたカクテルに、ほんの少しの変化を加えた一杯。いつもの夜を新しいものに変えてくれるかもしれません。
今週からゴールデンウィークに入りますが、本店のbar miyako 同様、bar miyako living もカレンダー通りの平日営業となります。
